I agree with rallystone. Focus on the big 3. You could also try Youtube. Imo, it doesn't make sense targetting Whatsapp. That's a chat service and as a customer, I wouldn't want a brand messaging me on Whatsapp. Takes the privacy away. Sms's are okay if you've asked for their nos and permission.

In theory you'd assume G+ being a product of Google would rank better for SEO. But now I feel like this is irrelevant. The future of G+ is very unclear and I'd recommend not focusing on it.
