A site map is great for search engines to crawl your web site. Don't listen to those post that say having a sitemap is no good. You need to have one in order for search engines to know when you have new content. Unless, you want to stay unknown then don't utilize a sitemap.

I store everything on a local server as I know where it is. Having stuff in the cloud is just something I can't trust yet. Especially, after my hosting lost everything that was "in the cloud" and blamed it on me.

Yes, I can type without looking at my keyboard. Those keyboarding classes in middle school have stuck with me for a long time. I do sometimes find myself messing up when I look directly at the keyboard. I'm just use to typing without looking nowadays.

You shouldn't even call it a notebook or laptop anymore. The correct name would be a tablet with keyboard attachment. If you want a laptop that has touchscreen then fine that is great. Though, I personally think a touchscreen laptop just isn't worth it.
