Действующее вещество: хлоропирамина гидрохлорид 25 мг.

Хлоропирамин – антигистаминный препарат первого поколения. Блокирует Н1-гистаминовые рецепторы, оказывает антигистаминное и м-холиноблокирующее действие. Этот продукт также действует на гладкие мышцы, на проницаемость капилляров и на центральную нервную систему (ЦНС).

При приеме внутрь эффект проявляется через 15-30 минут, максимальный эффект развивается в течение 1 часа и сохраняется около 3-6 часов.
