Suggestions for Dedicated Hosts Suitable for Game Server Clusters?

Need high clock speed CPUs (Ryzen or Intel i9/KF series). Low-latency network and strong DDoS mitigation is mandatory.
Server should include IPMI and flexible upgrade options. Can I rely on GTHost.com dedicated hosting service? Any comments on them?
Prefer Canada, Germany, or France locations.
