We’re at a stage where better decision-making is becoming a priority, especially when it comes to product and process improvements. I’ve been looking into options for bringing on a business analyst, but UK-based hires are proving quite costly.
I recently came across some setups where companies are working with remote business analysts – often full-time and aligned to UK hours, but based overseas.
Has anyone here tried something similar? I’m curious about how effective it is in practice – particularly around communication, access to internal data, and whether remote analysts can really get under the skin of the business like in-house ones do.
Would appreciate any thoughts or experiences!
