Hey folks,
Curious to hear how everyone’s really using AI meeting tools lately.
We’ve got back-to-back meetings as managers, and while tools like Otter, Fireflies, and others do a great job taking notes or summarizing conversations — I still find myself asking: “So what?”
Yes, I get the transcript. Yes, I get a highlight reel. But no one’s really connecting the dots across meetings or helping me act on the insights. Most of the time, these summaries just pile up and get ignored. It’s like we’re collecting data we never revisit.
So I wanted to ask:
I’m thinking the next evolution of these tools should be less about “what was said” and more about “what this means + what to do next.”
Would love to hear how you’re navigating this. Let’s make these tools work for us, not just add another layer of clutter.
Cheers,
PJ

So I wanted to ask:
- How are you actually using AI meeting tools day-to-day?
- What do you love or hate about them?
- Do you have any personal workflows that make the data actually useful?
- Are there any tools out there doing more than just transcriptions?
