Facing crawl errors with showing missing category. How to Fix?

Hello All,

I am working on a WordPress site and facing crawl errors at GWT which is showing URLs of my site without category and went on not found 404 pages.

Example is

GWT crawwel error URL
xyz.com/world-market-center-social-media-information-sheet

Actual URL is

xyz.com/socialmedia/world-market-center-social-media-information-sheet

So most of my URLs at GWT showing with missing category that cause of crawl error.

How can i fix this please help.
 
I think that the site in question is a Wordpress based site. If that is the case, you should look into the Settings and change the way the links are maintained. I think instead of simple %postname% you should also include the Category Name or if you are using this, then you should go to the page where the llink is wrongly coded.
