I’ve been wondering if bringing in external HR help remotely is a viable option, especially for handling policies, compliance, and onboarding for a growing team.

Came across a model where businesses in the UK are working with remote HR consultants. Has anyone here tried this route? Curious about how effective it is in practice, especially for culture fit and employment law understanding.
