Its the First file that the server reads from a site.
It has all the info about redirecting, url rewriting, and directives that have to do with the site.
(e.g. forbid access to specific ips, or to all)
Its very important file, so dont edit it if you dont know what you are doing!

Through this file server can access your site.. But there is not any information about redirecting, URL rewriting and directives..
