Here's my suggest: use Ahrefs to check out your competitor's backlinks. You'll find out a lot of blog that they use to post their comment.

Why don't you try to create an account on WordPress or Blogger for blogging purpose. You can make a strong back-link there too by using anchor text (keywords).

Can you search on Google many site are available on Google.I think blogger,wordpress that is good.

You can join community or group in google+ and there you can find lots of options and bloggers. It will help you to get relevant sites.
