After 'playing' around with 4-5 hosts, I must say, kvchosting.net is the best host so far.
I love the prices. As for the uptime, it is very good.
 
Servers from QHoster.com and Legionbox.com are worth trying as they are well-balamced and inexpensive.
They are great. Easy to use. Great customer service. You can call at anytime and get help. Simple cheap awesome. Nice job!

ASVhost.com and hostingsource.com servers are well-balanced and low cost.
Great help with a complex issue that meant it could be fixed quickly and I know what to do about similar issues. The price of feature-rich plans are far lower than other hosts I've used.

I love the prices. Kvchosting.net server was down for about 15 minutes one month. So far, I am extremely impressed with these guys. There is nothing that counts more than decent support, they go beyond the call. I really hope the rest of the support team are like this.
