- Wear breathable fabric like cotton or linen clothes that allow for movement and can handle sweat.

- Don’t wear too loose clothes that can be snag on furniture, doors, or other objects causing injuries or slowing down the moving process.
- Dispensable clothes - wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty or potentially damaged during the move.
- Consider pockets: Having pockets on your shirt for small tools, keys, phone, or wallet can be very helpful.
- Wear shoes – protect you from injury when lifting or loading your items
- Gloves: Wear gloves to protect your hands from blisters or cuts.
