Why google ranking not improving?

how long have your site been active?it can take up to 3 weeks for web crawlers to find your site. google will find it faster than other search engines though. also you may want to create extra exposure for your site ,i.e. blogging and forum posting.also email me your website i can help you a little better.

These days Google is very strict about ranking parameters and give rank to only those sites fulfill its rules and guidelines about ranking. So, first of all you should do necessary changes related with Design and content guidelines, Technical guidelines, Quality guidelines at your website to make it search engine friendly. After that build backlinks from same niche and good sites.
 
For ranking a website in Google search, you need to work on optimizing on on-page as well off-page optimization. First of all you have to work on of-page optimization to reduce the landing time of entire website and after that you can start working on quality off-page optimization. If you are interested for more traffic then engage in social media viz. fb, twitter, linkedin etc.

I completely agree with you, only quality work can help you to improve your Google ranking. Do submissions in niche sites and build dofollow back-link. Submissions in sites with PR and Domain Authority more than your site can also help o increase domain rank and authority.
 
You should revise your SEO method. First check all the backlinks you have built to see if they get indexed/found. Make sure you focus on backlink Quality rather than Quantity. Second, remember that you can not rush in the SEO game.

Even i want to know why my keywords rankings are not improving in google's SERP. Few of my keywords are in 1st position in Bing, yahoo, baidu and yandex search but in google its not there in top 300 also. please give some proper answer to my question. Thank you in advance
