Please tell me, What are some tips for good looking health..?

In response to your question, some of the basis things that I have read and seen that has helped to have good health are first drinking lots of water daily. It's good for metabolism and to help clean out toxins. Second, getting enough sleep, typically around 7-8 hours. Sleeping is like your very own "night cleaning crew" which helps restore your body. Another tip is to eat right. Try to stay away from eating too much processed foods and eat more fruits and vegetables. These are some basic steps but sadly many often forget how important it is to put into practice in order to have a reasonable healthy life.

They said if it causes pain then to go for key hole if not he suggested fitting coil which I said no instead I'm just going to come off the pill as the mini pill has caused me endless mood issues over the years and obviously these cysts too. Did yours return once you had surgery? Was it quick recovery...sorry about all the questions...really appreciate your help! i was prescribed the mini pill but it also never helped i only took it for a short amount of time then got put on the depo lupron shot. but if you do have pain i think surgery would be best in my opinion. If you want to look good, you should eat healthy food, do sports, take care of your skin. I usually steal some Avocado Butter Refined from my girlfriend. So take a look, maybe it will suit you. As for the sports, at least, buy barbells.
