Great question! I've had firsthand experience implementing micro-battles in our organization. We started by identifying key strategic problems that could be addressed through small, agile teams. One of the main successes was the rapid development and scaling of solutions, which energized our employees and demonstrated our capability to deliver fast results. However, challenges included ensuring alignment between micro-battle teams and the broader organizational strategy, as well as maintaining momentum once initial enthusiasm waned.
