Hey everyone, I’ve been getting constant calls and letters from a company called First Financial Asset Management, and it’s starting to feel like harassment. They keep contacting me at all hours, even after I asked them to stop. I tried looking them up and found a few complaints about aggressive debt collection tactics, but I’m not sure what’s actually legal and what crosses the line.
Has anyone else had to deal with this company? Did you find a way to make them stop calling or resolve the issue? I came across this page that talks about consumer rights and what to do if you’re being harassed by debt collectors: https://protectionforconsumers.com/first-financial-asset-management-debt-collection-harassment/.
Would love to hear from others who’ve been through this. Did you file a complaint, or did you get them to back off somehow?
