When I compared villas and 4 BHK apartments in North Bangalore, I realised it depends on what you want more (community living or standalone privacy). Also, I observed apartments like L&T Realty Elara Celestia offer amenities, security, and proximity to tech parks and the airport, which adds immense value for resale or rental. Personally, I feel villas do have charm, but upkeep and higher costs can be a challenge and I see luxury 4 BHK flats in gated communities as the smarter investment because they balance lifestyle, connectivity, and appreciation better.
