Best server provider around $120/month?

My website is gaining traffic and want to find server with many resources, what I'm looking for is:
at least 8cores of decent cpu, 24gb ram, 500gb SSD, and at least 50TB of transfer over 1gbps
I have seen some deals here in the deal section around that price, but maybe someone can suggest me from their experience?
Do you think GTHost.com or Hostingsource.com will work fine for me? Any reviews please? Other reliable hosts for my consideration?

For me, GTHost.com server hosting works great. Well exceeds expectations. Support has been outstanding. They go out of their way to help. I had a SQL/php slowness issue and service helped me resolve it very quickly. That was appreciated so much as I'm not a database person at all.

Their servers are so damn fast.
