Link Bait is a technique which has call-to-action for clicking on the link in an article or blog.
Link Pyramid is a structure of group of backlinks or linking site to the targeted site.
 
Link bait : When you create blog or article then create read more option. When any person click on read more option then he/she see the full blog/article. This is known as link bait.
Link pyramid is same like as link wheel.
