I like Google+, their circle and the search plus your world features are great advantage for all website owners/businesses. If one has a good base of followers, who +1s your shares then it's a big boost from SMO perspective. From what I’ve observed, those who frequently post in Google+ are all professionals, who really don't want to be part of it, but are there because of business and other related activities.
