Our paint production line has not been able to achieve uniform colour with our current mixing equipment because there are small lumps of pigment in the colours produced that do not break down. To solve this problem, I am considering upgrading to a high speed mixing device (i.e., an high speed Agitator Disperser) that provides much higher shear force for mixing thick emulsions. If anyone has changed from low to high speed mixing, I would like your input on the differences in the quality of your products. I want to verify that the change will be worth the investment before I purchase new equipment.
