I am not agree with these top 10 techniques, other techniques also most important when we optimize the website. Like
1) Check the server error of website, is its 200ok or not, if not than some search engine ( especially google not index the website) if website in not index and cache then you not getting ranking by adding unique content, meta tags, alt tags etc.
2) Check website home page is cache or index ( if home page not index than overall traffic and ranking is down)
3) Check if canonical issue is present or not
4) Check any duplicated content is present or not
5) Check if any mirror site is already existence in internet.
