Has anyone actually built a profitable product using AI or is it mostly just theory?

See a lot of people online talking about making money with AI tools, automations, micro-SaaS and all that. But whenever I dig into the details it always feels vague or like someone just repurposed a course they bought. Has anyone here genuinely built something with AI that brings in real revenue? Not asking for numbers just want to know if it is actually possible or if most of it is just online noise.
