Healthy Breakfast

What do you people take for Breakfast and is actually healthy ?
I take french toast, cheese omelete, cornflakes and juices. Fresh juices. Best breakfast ever.
 
In my household most of the time we have eggs and oatmeal. Although we eat eggs probably every other day, most of time it is without the yoke, since according to my wife it's not that healthy. Oatmeal is very healthy and has a lot of fiber and is also not that expensive.
 
A healthy breakfast will include these foods?
Healthy breakfast is a diet rich in complex carbohydrates (polysaccharide). Here are some examples of a healthy breakfast:
A glass of milk with breakfast cereal or Corn Flakes Koko KRUNCH
A boiled egg
A banana
Or may be:
A glass of milk
A piece of whole grain bread spread cheese
An Apple
Be prepared healthy breakfast using different foods of the four food groups (carbohydrates, protein, fat and fiber). Also, when you use a variety of food will encourage children to eat, increases the child's appetite and provide more nutrients beneficial for the health of children. Finally and most importantly, do not forget that you and your husband will always be a good example for children. So if they both sit at the breakfast table, the children certainly can not miss breakfast.
