The easiest approach is to use a tool like SysInfo ICS Converter Tool. After installing it, you can choose the “Add Folder” option instead of adding files individually. This lets you load hundreds of ICS files at once. Once added, the tool displays a preview of all calendar events, so you can quickly verify the data.
Next, select CSV as the output format and choose “General CSV” for Excel or analysis use. If needed, you can apply filters like date range or remove duplicate entries before conversion. Then simply choose a destination folder and click Convert. The software will process all files in one go and generate separate CSV files (or a structured output) while keeping details like event title, date, time, and description intact.
