You can check your website bad back links from Google analytics tool and you can remove it through disavow tool.
To remove backlinks, you have to contact the webmasters of the website and ask them nicely to delete the link pointed to your site. NEVER threaten a webmaster and be very polite if you want to be treated the same.
Be prepared to send hundreds of requests.

Scrape all of your backlinks using any tools you have - majestic tools, google webmaster tool, etc.
Audit your backlinks and look for poor or spammy sites where you've built your links from.
save poor backlinks in a notepad.
open the google webmaster tool disavow tool.
submit the notepad doc by attaching it.
just follow the instructions in the disavow tool.

Bad Backlinks can be removed by Google Disavow Tool.
