how to know my website indexing or not by google. any software or tools available for these

You go to google and search "site:yourdomain". You will know if Google indexed your site or not, and the number of pages you got indexed.

For example, my website is Ecommerce website builder, Online stores creator - Free trial 15 days - Stormcart so I will search site:stormcart.in. That's it
