There are 2 ways you can try to repair your corrupt PST files either scanpst.exe (Microsoft in-built tool) or a Third party tools as the alternative ways.

Go to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\OfficeXX (or Program Files (x86) for 32-bit).
Look for Scanpst.exe.
Double-click to open.
Click Browse to select your PST file (usually in C:\Users\YourUsername\Documents\Outlook Files).
Click start to scan the PST files
After scanning, click Repair to fix any issues.
Open Outlook to check if the file is working.
