I have no idea where to start anymore

You know, I’ve been reflecting a lot lately. I thought I’d be in a relationship by now, but between work and just... life, I haven’t made time. And when I do want to meet someone, I have no idea where to start anymore.
 
I feel you, man. It’s like the older we get, the fewer chances we have to connect with someone on that real, human level. Everyone's either paired up, unavailable, or just not emotionally open. I’ve tried going to social events, but it all feels so forced sometimes.
 
I guess part of the challenge is that I want more than just small talk and swiping left or right. I want conversations that lead somewhere. I don’t need perfection — I need connection. But I haven’t found a space that facilitates that yet.
