Yes, that sounds damn genuine for an enlivened "family" drama. Also, it is not kidding. The vast majority of Pixar's films are established in the agony of misfortune — of an entire planet (Wall-E), of a family (Finding Nemo, Up), or just of youth, when the world appeared a less difficult and more blissful spot.
