Is it worth buying property in Dubai right now?

I've been wanting to move somewhere warm by the water for a while now and Dubai keeps coming up as an option. Saw something in the news saying real estate prices there have dropped and it's a good time to buy. Is that actually true and is it worth moving there? And where do I even start looking at property prices?

Prices there were going up like crazy for a long time. But as soon as the conflict in the neighboring country broke out, they dropped pretty noticeably. So if you're not worried about things flaring up again, it could be a solid time to make the move.

That whole region has always been that way, something's always happening somewhere nearby. No getting around it. But the UAE has stayed pretty calm through most of it, and when things did spill over it barely made a dent. People have been living and working there just fine through all of it. Property prices across the Middle East do shift during flare-ups though, and there's been a drop lately. So it's actually a decent time to get yourself a place over there. Browse real estate in Dubai here https://atvir.com/ . From there you can figure out what makes sense for you, a villa, an apartment, or something else entirely.
