Need some guidance in Business Field

I have taken up a degree course in Business studies containing subjects like accounting, marketing, and operations.
I have completed my 4 semesters.
Now i have to choose up one specialization out of these three.
Which field to choose?
If you were me then what would you go for and why ?

Ok, so i just retired from the military and have a BA in Network Administration, but on a personal level I have never used AD or Server for anything other than college. So here is my problem.
I just got hired on as a lone IT guy a small company who's owner played IT guy for the last 16 years and he didn't know what he was doing. Here is kind of a break down of what we have going on, please feel free to give some advice because i need it.
