What is your opinion on paid backlinks, is it good or bad for seo..and what kind of links we need to buy..

No i don't think that it is good for SEO. Never purchase any paid backlink as it can penalize your website.

No friend paid links is not reliable for SEO so i suggest you stay away form it.
