same questions in different Forum websites

If I post the same questions in different Forum websites, it will consider as spam or not?

Give me suggestion.

I think Google will view it as duplicate content which is never a good idea .

I've seen this happen in a few forums and you have to really understand where everything is boiling down to. On one hand someone may take the time to post a genuine question in a forum, recieve fantastic responses and go from there but there are some individuals whom lack the time so they decide to pull questions from a forum they may frequent to create fresh threads. Do I agree with it? Yes and No

Yes: Because when you pose the question in a different forum your bringing it to a different audience which gets different responses.

No: Because you don't want the duplicate content on the web.

Forum posting is good way increasing the Traffic ranking of website. Forum submission are the best Sharing Knowledge.

Off course it will count as spam ! Google has become so smart & Google count duplicate content ! So if you ask same question in same language so definitely it will be counted as spam but if you ask same question is different ways & language so it won't !

Google algorithm is mainly reads for duplicate content in the site, if it founds the low quality or duplicate contents in blog page or website then it would be penalized by google algorithm
