I am looking to understand, from an engineering standpoint, how site specific data including soil composition, bearing capacity, percolation testing, groundwater levels, slope conditions, and regulatory constraints are evaluated and translated into technical decisions for system design, permitting, and long term performance, particularly when standard design assumptions cannot be applied and custom solutions are required to meet code compliance and site limitations?
