Timestamp Addition in Videos

Google is officially rolling out timestamps for YouTube videos in search results – a feature that was tested earlier this year.

Google will now show you what’s ‘in this video’ along with timestamps for jumping directly to the part you care about.

Is it great or you think it will reveal things which are in the video?

A timestamp is a sequence of characters or encoded information identifying when a certain event occurred, usually giving date and time of day, sometimes accurate to a small fraction of a second

You can also add a time stamp using YouTube's sharing options.
Go to YouTube in your browser.
Open the video you want to share and play it or move through the timeline until you reach the exact moment you want to use in the time stamp.
Stop the video.
Click the Share button to open the sharing pop-up
