What Are the Best Weave Hair Colors to Experiment with This Season?

I’ve officially decided that life is too short for basic black hair! I’m currently on the hunt for some high-quality colored lace front wigs, but I’m terrified of the "synthetic" shine that some pre-dyed units have. I’ve been seeing a lot of "Suede Blonde" and "Black Cherry" on my feed, and the dimension is incredible.
For everyone who lives in colored human hair wigs, how on earth are you keeping the color popping without the hair turning into a dry, porous mess? I’m currently scouting for weave hair colors that actually glow on deeper skin tones—I’m so over those "ashy" shades that just wash me out.
Has anyone actually pulled the trigger on a "Smokey Caramel" balayage? I’m honestly dying for a look that feels high-end and totally office-appropriate, but still has enough personality to not feel "boring," you know?
Also, can we talk technical for a second? When you’re dealing with a pre-dyed frontal, do you find the knots are a total nightmare to bleach, or are we all just giving up and relying on lace tint and makeup at this point? I’m on a mission to find a vendor whose hair actually stays buttery soft even after all that chemical processing—it’s so hard to find bundles that don't feel like straw after a week! I’d love to hear who you guys are currently trusting for your colored units. Let’s swap some notes on how to keep these colored units looking fresh for more than just the first week!
