What do you find attractive

I am curious to know that what do you people find attractive and that what absolutely "Knocks your heads over heels".
 
So for an update: To make it into the trial I had to have two blood tests, one to test my amh? (i think its called) and another to test my fsh on cycle day 3. Had to have a normal pap within 12 months and then I had to go in for a chlamydia culture, all came back normal. Lastly my husband had to have his sperm analyzed. Thankfully all of this has come back great and we are good to go. 3 parent IVF means that they use your DNA (everything which is located in your egg) and than transports it to the empty donor egg (yes, they destroys everything inside). So it will be like donation of healthy donor`s shell (from egg). If you have no problems with own eggs choose surrogacy with it. To be a part of the trial you have to do a test run where you wear the invocell device for 5 days, if all goes well with that you get to do the real thing next. I am scheduled to go in and have it placed on Friday. I am nervous about the procedure since no one can really tell me what to expect.
