What entertainment is available at Gudauri ski resort?

We decided to try a new ski resort this year. Leaning towards Gudauri in Georgia. Don't want to just ski all day though, would be nice to have some other entertainment options there. What else is there to do at Gudauri?
 
Gudauri's pretty remote compared to typical European resorts, so the après-ski scene isn't as developed. There are a few bars and restaurants at the base, but nightlife is limited. Most people just ski during the day and relax in their hotels at night. You could do snowmobiling or paragliding if you want something different from skiing.
 
Mountain resorts tend to shut down early, especially smaller ones that cater mostly to skiers. After a full day on the slopes, your entertainment options get pretty limited once the sun goes down.
