Page Jacking is not good for users, search engines, and websites. It is known for copying other high ranked website's content and paste it in your website for getting higher rank in searches. Your site would be penalized for containing duplicate content. Always avoid such activities and follow webmaster tools for better results.
Pagejackers rely on search engines to spider the contents of the illegitimate site and index the results so that the copied site will appear in the search result rankings along with the original site rankings. Users can be tricked into thinking the illegitimate site is the one they are searching for, and once they visit the copied site they may be subjected to mousetrapping.
