I think you are using SEO tools OR black hat SEO for increase your site ranking & traffic.

Performing Black Hat SEO Techniques can be the reason of it. Also it can be a Google Dance. But keep creating quality back-links in high DA sites.
This may occur when Google strongly suspects you are applying black-hat methods to trick it into making your site rank high in its results. like using a backlink tool to create so many backlinks at once. This is seen as spam by Google. ANother is using a traffic bot software to generate fake traffic visitors to your website.
